2. The new weight room will be less than 10,000sf
3. The project will serve the existing student body and is not intended to increase the population.
4. The area within and surrounding the project site has historically been disturbed and is not environmentally sensitive.
5. The project does not have the potential to trigger any of the exceptions identified in Guidelines Section 15300.2.
