- Install sub-flooring, replace rotted flooring structure members and install moisture barrier beneath the historic warehouse building at Railtown 1897 State Historic Park for worker and public safety. Work will remove the existing wood floor joists and replace them with in-kind material then install a sub-floor. Work will also remove five inches of soil from the ground surface below the floor and filling the resulting void with five inches of drain gravel and polyethylene membrane moisture barrier, then capping the gravel and moisture barrier with poured-in-place concrete slab.
