Document Description
An estimated 15,000 cubic yards of illegally stockpiled landscape waste will be removed for proper disposal and/or recycling. If deemed as solid waste by the Court, the project may include the destruction of unpermitted strucures, the removal of structures' contents, and/or the removal of materials that are stored outside of structures in violation of County codes and ordinances. In addition, an unpermitted partially constructed swimming pool will be removed following Riverside County guidelines. Following these activities, appropriate erosion control devices will be installed.
