- Excavation of an acceptable width toe on the bank of the Bear River immediately downstream of the Drum Powerhouse on the south bank of the river for a distance of approximately 70 feet to allow subsequent placement of large boulders to act as rip-rap for purposes of stabilizing the south bank and preventing the access road from becoming impassable due to erosion from high annual winter/spring flows in the Bear River.
