Document Description
Pouring of two concrete anchor pads to bolt a combination stairway ramp structure in order to provide access lake shore rip rap to a floating boat dock. The anchor pads will all be poured when water levels are low enough to expose the area without immenent threat of inundation. An additional metal anchor plate will be attached to a rock at the base of the rip rap that has been predrilled to accept expanding bolts. An existing stairway at the same location will be removed and replaced within the same general footprint with the new staircase/ramp.
