Document Description
The HOA and its certified arborist will coordinate entry onto State property with DPR. The trees will be pruned to DPR standards and the debris will be removed from the project site. All work conducted pursuant to this ROE will comply with all state and federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Nation Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Endangered Species Act, Section 5024 of the California Public Resources Code, the Coastal Zone Management Act, and permit conditions contained in the ROE permit.
