This project is a Variance application to reduce the minimum lot size for a remainder parcel in the AG-160 zone from 160 acres to 20 acres. The project is located on the north side of a private road on the east side of Escalon-Bellota Road, 1,100 ft north of State Route 4, in Farmington.
