Document Description
The Project will reduce infiltration and inflow by up to 0.4 million gallons per day, and ensure compliance with the City's Waste Discharge Requirements and the Cease and Desist Order requirements. The Project involves: 1) replacing approximately 7,000 feet of sewer main, manholes, rod holes, and laterals on City property; 2) constructing and/or installing a 65-foot diameter secondary clarifier, a traveling bridge filter, and a return activated sludge pump station, a standby generator, powdered activated carbon dosing equipment, biological selector equipment, and an automatic diversion system to divert final effluent from the Sacramento River to percolation pond; and 3) upgrading an existing clarifier.
