Document Description
A Parcel Map Subdivision of an ~93.2 acre parcel into two parcels of 3.2 acres and 90 acres each. The parcel is currently developed with 2 single family residences, onsite wastewater treatment systems and a well. The residence on APN 523-016-01 was constructed in 1971 without the benefit of County review. As such, a Special Permit is also included to permit the residence as a second dwelling unit. Parcel 1 will be developed with one residence and Parcel 2 will be developed with two residences. An exception to the County's Fire Safe Regulations for minimum road width has been requested. No new development is proposed. The parcels will be served by community water by the Willow Creek Community Services District, on-site springs and on site sewage disposal systems.
