Document Description
The project would update the Housing Element of the Town of Mammoth Lakes General Plan, pursuant to California Government Code Section 65580, for the period 2007-2014. Based on analysis of housing needs for the planning period and of sites available within the town to accommodate residential development, the Housing Element includes goals, policies and programs that will allow the Town to meet the future housing needs of all segments of the community. The Draft Housing Element does not propose to rezone any properties in Town, or introduce new development beyond that which was previously analyzed under the 2007 General Plan and General Plan Final Program EIR.
