Document Description
The Placer County 2035 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) documents the policy direction, actions, and funding recommendations intended to meet the short and long range needs of Placer County's transportation system over the next 25 years. The RTP is designed to guide the systematic development of a balanced, comprehensive, multi-modal transportation system. The RTP fulfills state requirements of AB 402, CTC guidance, including the 2010 TRP Guidelines, federal planning requirements and CEQA.
