Document Description
The Northwest Land Park Project would develop a residential/mixed-use community on approximately 31.7 acres within the Land Park Community Plan Area of the City of Sacramento. The project would replace existing light industrial and commercial uses on the project site with up to 968 residential units, commercial-retail uses, and parks and open space. Specifically, the project would include up to 898 medium-density multi-family residences on approximately 19.2 acres, up to 70 high-density multi-family residences and 15,000 square feet of commercial-retail uses on approximately 1.2 acres, approximately 4.3 acres of park, approximately 1.1 acres of private open space, and approximately 5.9 acres of public right-of-way. A four-phase project buildout is anticipated. The proposal requires a Development Agreement, a Rezone, the PUD Guidelines and Schematic Plan for Northwest Land Park, and a Bikeway Master Plan Amendment for the overall site; a Tentative Map for condominiums, a Subdivision Modification and a Special permit for the construction of 201 condominium units on 8.1 gross acres for Phase 1 of the development.
