- Document Description
- NOTE: Review Per Lead The Marin County Flood Control & Water Conservation District proposes to construct improvements to the interior drainage system in Santa Venetia, Marin County, CA to provide improved flood control function. The site is located ~2 miles east of US Hwy 101. The system of roadway drains, ditches, and pump stations drains surface runoff from a residential community and discharge to Las Gallinas Creek. Santa Venetia Pump Station #2 would be demolished and reconstructed, and improvements would be made to Pump Station #5, a levee toe drain called Estancia Ditch, and the underground drainage system on Estancia Way to increase the flood carrying capacities of those systems to the 100 yr level.
