Request for a modification to a previously approved Use Permit (UPE99-0117 & UPE99-0117a) to an existing 250,000 case winery to add a new 32,300 sf barrel fermentation/barrel storage and 8,000 sf for office, marketing, and conference rooms and a 5,440 sf covered production area. Also proposed is a change in tasting room hours from 10 am - 4 pm to 10 am - 5 pm on 43.30 acres. (No increase in the approved 250,000 case maximum annual production capacity).
