Document Description
NOTE: Review Per Lead
The Board is proposing to adopt final Site Cleanup Requirements (SCR) for the SFPP, L.P. San Jose Terminal (SFFP) located at 2150 Kruse Drive in San Jose, CA. The facility has been in operation since the 1950's and environmental investigations have been ongoing since the 1980's. Results from these investigations indicate that gasoline, diesel and aviation fuels-including fuel additives benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes (BTEX) and methul-tertiary butyl ether (MTBE)- have been detected in soil and groundwater beneath various portions of the facility, and in groundwater at the eastern and western property boundaries.
