- The purpose of the project is to redevelop an ~3.2 acre, 56 year old affordable housing complex. This consists of demolition of 30 duplex units, a community center and a small storage shed; and development of a new residential complex. The new residential complex that would be developed over the same site is a master planned community of 76 residential units, consisting of 56 multi-family units and 20 independent senior units. The multi-family units consist of 26 two-bedroom, 28 three bedroom and two four bedroom units. The multi-family units would consist of apartment and townhouse style units at two and three stories in height. Each unit will have private laundry facilities and a small private outdoor space. The senior units would consist of 16 one bedroom and 4 two bedroom units located within one two story compex with a community laundry.
