Document Description
NOTE: Cross Reference SCH #'s 2010041089 & 201051090 The proposed action would redevelop the 5.5 acre Calle Cebu site (APN 003-121-010-000) as a new affordable housing facility. The proposed action includes a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) from the City of Salinas for the development of a multi-family residential facility and associated residential services facilities. The residential component would encompass 11 multi family residential buildings (Buildings A through H, J through L) providing a total of 99 affordable residential units and would have an average density of 18 dwelling units per acre (DU/A). The non-residential component includes a 2 story "Residential Services Facility" (RSF) building. The RSF building would encompass ~12,068 sf and would have a Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 0.54. Grading activities would result in ~3,500 cy (yds3) of cut and 3,500 yds3 of fill. The proposed action would include ~87,000 sf of landscaping and ~77,431 sf of open space area for the residents.
