This EA/IS has been prepared to assess the environmental impacts associated with the roadway widening and associated improvements of ~12,476 linear ft (2.36 miles) right-of-way along South Boundary Road and Gigling Road on the former Fort Ord Army Base. The scope of the project includes roadway improvements, pipelines, gas lines, electric lines, cable television and communication facilities, and street lighting. Note: Lead agency changed from Fort Ord Reuse Authority to City of Del Rey Oaks
