Friant Power Authority (FPA) filed a petition for a 10-year extension of time to apply the water to full beneficial use. The permit allows FPA to divert up to 30 cubic feet per second of water, not to exceed 21,900 acre-feet per annum for power use. The approval of the petition will not change the amount of water that is permitted to be diverted or used.
