Since the original NOD was filed with the State Clearinghouse, it has become necessary to apply for or re-activate the time extension petitions for water rights Permit 20967 and Permit 21126, associated with the New Friant River Outlet Powerhouse. SWRCB and FPA have agreed that the action of these permit extensions do not create any additional impacts that have not already been analyzed in the Initial Study/Negative Declaration. Therefore, this NOD covers both the original action and the time extension for Permits 20967 and 21126.
