Document Description
The proposed mixed use retail/hotel project consists of a 3-story hotel with 124 rooms, including 75,000 gross square feet; a 1-story building and a 2-story building (retail/office uses) encompassing 12,200 gross square feet; and a 185-space parking lot. Project implementation will require the approval of a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation from "3.1 General Commercial" to Planned Community; a Zone Change from "GC" (General Commercial) to "PC" (Planned Community) and adoption of a Comprehensive Development Plan; and architectural Control application for the preliminary site, architectural and related development plans for the Plaza Banderas site; and a Parcel Map to merge existing lot lines and consolidate the property into a single parcel.
