Document Description
NOTE: Early Consultation Rio Resort is predominantly residential mixed use development on 235 acres located on the west bank of the Colorado River in the northern part of the city of Needles. The proposed development would include ~1,129 housing units. Estimated population at build out is 3,285. The majority are single-family homes ranging from low to high density, with some condominiums. Approximately 81 homes would be located adjacent to the river.
