The proposed project will reconfigure grade levels at 5 elementary schools and 1 intermediate school, resulting in the consolidation of classrooms within the RWUSD to adjust for declining enrollment for the 2010/2011 school year. In addition, physical modifications are proposed to the existing Valley of Enchantment Elementary School in Crestline, CA, to accommodate additional students in grades K-5, with a projected staff of 35-40. Additional classrooms, ingress and egress improvements, as well as parking and playground modifications are proposed at the VOE elementary school (only) and are included as part of the proposed project.
