Document Description
The March Joint Powers Authority (March JPA) has proposed the development of facilities intended to accommodate the operation of general aviation aircraft at March Inland Port (MIP), located in Riverside County, CA. The March JPA operates within the March Air Reserve Base (March ARB), a joint-use facility that is utilized for both military and civilian purposes. Per the 1997 Joint Use Agreement between the March JPA and the Department of Defense (DOD), March JPA is allowed to accommodate civilian aircraft operations; however, these operations are prohibited from exceeding a maximum of 21,000 per year.
