Request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow the import of approximately 500,000 cubic yards of soil for processing into soil cement and placement onto the approximately 29-acre project site as engineered fill to raise the site out of the Santa Ana River floodplain. Potential subsequent projects to be developed on the raised site may include 400,000 sq. ft of lights industrial use of the extension of Fogg Street and the realignment of the Union Pacific rail line.
