Document Description
The project will remedy on-site erosion and drainage issues at the University House located at 9360 La Jolla Farms Road in La Jolla, San Diego, near UC San Diego. The project consists of slope stabilization including: stabilizing an eroding area of the bluff, protecting existing foundations, protecting existing walls and patio structures, and protecting and restoring natural habitat. The project will reduce the potential for loss of life and prevent further erosion and damage to University property. A future phase of the University House Rehabilitation Project, subject to a future University project approval, would involve repairs and improvements to the existing structure in order to make it habitable.
