The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (1600-2021-0009-R5), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, to the project Applicant, Brasada Homes Land LLC, as represented by Lawrence Wong. The overall Project includes the routine maintenance of nine (9) existing debris/detention/desilting basins and an entrainment channel that were constructed within the Brasada Residential Development. These basins provide storm water detention and debris collection for the Brasada Residential Development (TTM 70583), which is a 65-lot development on approximately 116 acres within a 314-acre property.
