Request by Vina Robles, Inc. for Conditional Use Permit to allow for the construction of a 75,868 sf winery to include: a wine processing facility, administrative space, kitchen area, barrel and case good storage area, lab, press and crush bay, restrooms, locker room, equipment maintenance room, break room, water/wastewater storage, access improvements, drainage basin and parking. The proposed winery would produce a maximum of 100,000 cases annually. The project is not proposing any public tasting and any special events. The project will result in the disturbance of ~9.87 acres on a 45.1 acre acre parcel.
