The County of Inyo is proposing to perform repairs on the Tecopa Hot Springs Park sewage lagoon to address seepage. The project includes temporarily transferring sewage to a neighboring lagoon, removing sludge, lining the outer embankments of the lagoon, and recommissioning the lagoon.
