Document Description
The Master Plan includes a plan for the installation and operation of treatment, storage and distribution infrastructure to serve the proposed project area with recycled water that would be implemented in a phased manner based on technical, funding, partnering and other factors. The Master Plan would inform the City's decision process in selecting recycled water projects that include the expansion of the City's recycled water system to reduce the use of percolation ponds that currently handle effluent discharge, to offset potable water use, and to enhance the sustainability of the water supply.
