NOTE: Final 1 Hard Copy The City of Fresno proposes a Recycled Water Master Plan (proposed project or Master Plan) that identifies potential recycled water use opportunities within the City and its Sphere of Influence (SOI), including Fresno County lands located in or adjacent to the SOI. The Master Plan includes a plan for the installation and operation of treatment, storage and distribution infrastructure to serve the proposed project area with recycled water.
