The proposed Comprehensive Land Use Update project includes two primary components: (1) an update of the General plan and Land use Code (zoning code), a new Climate Action Plan, and amendments to the Downtown Specific plan and Local Coastal Program; and (2) five individual development projects as follows: Street Conversions/Community Corridors; Senior Village Expansion; Las Palmas Park and Facilities Vision Concept Plan; Kimball park Master Plan; and El Toyon Park Master Plan.
