Document Description
The proposed project includes 15 soccer field of varying sizes types of turf (i.e. synthetic and natural), lighting for the 6 largest fields, 7 picnic structures that can accommodate ~238 people, a concession/restroom building (1,000 sf), a storage building (600 sf), and parking (447 stalls for cars and 5 stalls for recreational vehicles). Water supply for irrigation of the park will be provided by Rubidoux Community Services District (RCSD) via a 16 inch diameter well, 20,000-40,000 gallon bolted steel water reservoir (tank), and booster station that are part of this project. Potable water and wastewater services will be provided by RCSD via existing facilities.
