The project includes the development of a 150-room lodge and conference center facility with four buildings on State Parks property within the city of Grover Beach. Additional project components include landscaping; parking areas; public amenities including a plaza, picnic areas, walkways, restroom, and beach drop-off areas; a beach concessions-area; and relocation of the equestrian parking, sanitary dump station, events tent, and golf practice green. The project may include alterations to outdoor seating area at Fin's Seafood Restaurant.
