Document Description
The City of Grover Beach and the State of California have an agreement with Pacifica Companies to develop a hotel and conference center within Pismo State Beach at the end of West Grand Avenue. This destination lodging facility includes three main buildings, with 150 rooms totaling 119,770 gross square feet. Additional project components would include landscaping, parking areas (459 spaces total), public amenities including a plaza, picnic area, walkways, restroom and shower facilities, and beach drop-off areas, a new golf course practice green, and a beach concessions building.
