The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2010-0029-R2, pursuant to Section 1602/1611 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sierra Pacific Industries. The project is limited to the construction of 1 rock ford on a Class l watercourse (Road Map #2-RP 7); the construction of 11 rock fords on Class ll watercourses (Road Map #1 - RP 3, 3a, 6; Road Map #2 - RP 6; Road Map #3 - RP 3, 12; Road Map #4 - RP 1, 5, 6, 14, 15); the installation of a corrugated metal pipe (CMP) on a Class ll watercourse (Road Map #2 - RP 11); the removal of a failed CMP and the installation of a rocked ford on a Class ll watercourse (Road Map #4 - RP17); the installation of a "burrito" drain structure (Road Map #4 - RP C); the use and reconstruction of 4 skid crossings on Class ll watercourses (Road Map #1 - RP S1, S2; Road Map # 2 - RP S1; Road Map #3 - RP S!) and the reconstruction of 1 existing waterhole (Road Map #2 - RP 13). The preceding references to crossings and waterholes are as depicted on the Jones THP maps found in Exhibit A.
