The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2010-0019-R2, pursuant to Section 1602/1611 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Soper-Wheeler Company LLC. The project is limited to the "geo-technical" field evaluation to determine the specific construction details of 1 multi-plate open bottomed arch culvert on a Class 1 watercourse (Crossing A), but not the actual crossing itself until such specific construction details are amended into this Agreement; the installation of 1 temporary corrugated metal pipe (CMP) crossing of a Class 1 watercourse (Crossing B); the installation of a temporary bridge crossing of a Class 1 watercourse (Crossing F); and the installation of a permanent rocked ford crossing of a Class ll watercourse (Crossing G). The preceding references to crossing and waterholes are as depicted on the "Meadow Valley THP maps: "DFG 1603 Location Map #1" and "DFG 1603 Location Map #2". Schematics of the crossings are found in Exhibit A of the Agreement.
