Project consists of the sale and assignment of 454sf of SEZ Restoration Credit from Conservancy-owned land, to a receiving parcel where an existing beach access path will restored and relocated, an accessory to an existing residence, The assignment enables the receiving landowner to carry out the project without any net increase in the amount of existing land coverage in a Bailey Class 1b (SEZ) within the Lake Tahoe Basin.
