Reasons for Exemption
It has been determined that the trees on the project site are not within the Placer County Tree Preservation Ordinance. In addition, only one tree will be impacted by the work. As a result, no tree mitigation is required for the removal or impact to existing non-native/native trees in association with this project. Because the site is less than one (1) acre, Placer County NPDES Department determined that water quality permits are not necessary.
