Document Description
The City of Huron received a Compliance Order from CDPH on July 6, 2007 for non-compliance of disinfection by-product (DPB) pre-cursor treatment technique requirements. While the design for a Chloramination facility was 95% complete in June 2009, CDPH had ran additional tests that showed the DPB's were higher than previously tested and would require additional treatment to meet the discharge requirements.
