Document Description
The Project consists of Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) to install two 1 1/4-inch and one 2-inch diameter vacant conduits underneath the bottom of the channel of the East Fork Chowchilla River. The horizontal directional bore will be a minimum of 170 feet in total length and will begin and end a minimum of 50 feet from either side of the banks of the East Fork Chowchilla River. This Project is part of a larger Project in which fiber optics and copper cable will be placed in 600 feet of vacant conduits for future use in the same year. No riparian habitat will be impacted.
