Install a new pipe connection between an existing underground 42-inch water transmission pipeline and an adjacent underground 12-inch water service pipeline for the purposes of improving water pressure of the Sacramento City water system. The project includes excavating a 48-inch deep hole to temporarily uncover the water pipelines to facilitate the work.
