Document Description
This Project is to drill one water well intended for potable water production at the Grand Prix Track and other facilities within the Upper and Lower Ranch. Water was located by an exploratory well drilling process. The well driller will drill to a minimum of 100 feet with a grout/cement seal set to a county mandated minimum of 50 feet, standard for potable water wells intended for public consumption. The water well depth may varry depending on the drillers and geologist's recommendation at the time of drilling. The well may go as deep as 200 feet with a grout/cement seal set at 100 feet.
