This project proposes to lease approximately 11,000 sq. ft. of net usable office space to replace leased space at the current Cannery Facility (1651 Alhambra Blvd). The net effect of this change will be a reduction of 50,000 sq. ft in space leased by the department. The new space is more energy efficient (LEED certified) and is located in close proximity to the existing state owned OCIO building.
