Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry Permit (ROE) to Mendocino County Department of Transportation (MCDT) for temporary access to mendocino Headlands State Park to repair a slope failure along Comptche-Ukiah Road. The ROE will remain in effect from January 20, 2010 through January 20, 2011.
All work conducted on State property in association with the ROE will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act.
