Conduct picnic site accessibility improvements at the Los Banos Creek Day Use Area in San Luis Reservoir State Recreation Area to comply with "California State Parks Accessiblity Guidelines." * Boat Ramp Parking Lot Picnic Area: Work will grade soil surface to compact approximately 2,000 square feet to replace furniture, shade structures, and barbeques at two picnic sites. * View Point Area: Work will grade soil surface to compact an approximately 3,850 square foot area for a new parking lot, two picnic sites, and pedestrian paths.
