The California Department of Public Health (CDPH) is a responsible agency for this project. The Plum Valley School proposes to perform the following activities under a planning and feasibility study. Surveying the pipeline alignment from the old school to the new school; environmental documentation; priliminary/intermediate engineering; final plans and contract documents; advertise/open bids; contract administration; inspection services; and obtaining all permits necessary.
Minor groundbreaking activities such as (soil borings, test wells, test pits, potholing) which are considered insignificant.
