Document Description
Install a new lifeguard tower at the day use/swim beach area in Brannan Island State Recreation Area for the safety of visitors who swim in Seven Mile Slough. Excavate an area approximately 16 feet long by 12 feet wide by 1 foot deep; set the forms; and pour a concrete pad approximately 15 feet long by 11 feet wide and up to 0.5 feet think. Once the pad is poured, the area around the perimeter of the pad will be backfilled with excavated material to the existing surface grade. Bolt lifeguard tower onto the concrete pad. The concrete pad will be installed above the high tide line.
