Document Description
The project will renovate Middle Earth Phase 1 buildings to upgrade outdated or deficient building systems and address interior and exterior building deficiencies. The work will include: roof replacement; water piping replacement; under-slab drain piping replacement; rewriting; replacement of electrical panel boards; replacement of boilers and hot water system equipment, and reconditioning of utility rooms; replacement of exterior signage; reconfiguration of original bathrooms to create improved facility efficiencies and expanded student access; kitchen countertop replacement; and replacement of interior and exterior lighting. A new code-compliant fire suppression system will also be constructed which will include sprinklers and notification devices.
