Document Description
The Project consists of installation of a new 18-inch culvert in the unnamed blue line feature, and construction of a new 26-foot wide road within a 60-foot road easement over the un-named blue line feature. This Project is part of a larger Project that will divide an 82.64 acre parcel into the following : Parcel 1: 5.85 acres; Parcel 2: 5.02 acres; Parcel 3: 5.05 acres; Parcel 4: 5.15 acres; and a 61.57 acre remainder. The road will provide access to the four (4) parcels and the remainder. The property is in the Residential land use classification and is zoned Mountain Home. The road easement will be used for road and public utility purposes and offered for dedication to Mariposa County. Impacted vegetation includes 43,200sf of native grasses, one (1) Ponderosa Pine (Pinus ponderosa) with a six (6) inch diameter at breast height (DBH), and one (1) Live Oak (Quercus sp.) with a six (6) inch DBH.
